Standard resins have a smooth finish and high detail.  They are also great for parts that will be painted or finished.  Standard resins include:

 

  • Black - can be printed at 25, 50, and 100 micron layer height.

  • Grey - can be printed at 25, 50, 100, and 160 micron layer height.

  • White - can be printed at 50 and 100 micron layer height.

  • Clear - translucent.  Can be printed at 25, 50, and 100 micron layer height.

  • Draft - the fastest-printing resin, capable of being printed at 300 micron layer height.  Great for quick-turn prototypes.

Engineering resins have enhanced material properties for parts that need to meet specific requirements.  Engineering resins include:

  • High Temp - high temperature resistance.  Can be printed at 25, 50, and 100 micron layer height.

  • Flexible - 80 durometer elastomer.  Can be printed at 50 and 100 micron layer height.

  • Elastic - 50 durometer elastomer.  Must be printed at 100 micron layer height.

  • Tough 1500- Polypropylene-like.  Can be printed at 50 and 100 micron layer height.

  • Tough 2000- ABS-like.  Can be printed at 50 and 100 micron layer height.

  • Durable - Polyethylene-like.  Can be printed at 50 and 100 micron layer height.

  • Grey Pro - Injection molded product prototypes.  Can be printed at 50 and 100 micron layer height.

  • Rigid - High stiffness with a smooth finish.  Can be printed at 50 and 100 micron layer height.

Jewelry resins can be used for investment casting.  Jewelry resins include:

  • Castable wax resin - 20% wax filled material.  Printed at 50 micron layer height.

  • Model - for creating dental models.  Can be printed at 25, 50, and 100 micron layer height.
